Tribal Yin Belly Dance is a dance-ritual that focuses mainly on the energy of the dance, especially the Tribal and Feminine energy as well as the connection with body and Nature.

It is a dance that takes us on a discovery journey of inner energy, essential characteristics of Yin energy such as femininity, stability, tranquility, peace, joy and connection with our Mother Earth. The main sources of inspiration are: Tribal Fusion Belly Dance, Feminine Energy Yin and Nature.

The feminine energy Yin is the representation of life force it self, all nature is principally connected with femenin energy, our mother earth.

Tribal Yin Belly Dance as Tribal Fusion Belly Dance allows body self knowledge and energetic development, and is accessible to all interested, regardless of body structure or age, it works on the chakras and feminine energy, allows self-estime, self-love and relaxation.

We will work here on exercises that allow the development of our energy and self consciousness, of our body and expressions and further we will do a Tribal Yin Belly Dance Ritual.

Cloths
The cloths of Tribal Yin Belly Dance have an identical combination as the ones used in Tribal Fusion belly dance, using bra or top and long skirt, although it is much simpler, using less adorns, using facial and body painting instead of so many jewelery. It intents to use just natural materials. In classes and workshops people should use a top that allows to see the belly and comfortable pants or long skirt with belt or cloth wrapped around the hips. For men: naked in the upper body and comfortable pants.

Colors
The colors are essential dry, earth colors. The colors most used are: brown, beige, dry green, bordeaux, red and black.
